Makers with a mission are value driven, looking to challenge society’s ideas and behaviours through the things they make. They could be pushing a social or environmental agenda or using disruptive technologies and manufacturing processes to transform the way we make and consume.

Throughout my residency, I embarked on the creation of a wooden microwave table, delving into the world of wood by experimenting with various types of timber, an array of processes, and a diverse range of tools.
